  • Our Service Desk Coordinator assigns your ticket to a System Support Engineer.

  • Your assigned System Support Engineer addresses your ticket within one business day.

What happens when you put in a request? Your request generates a ticket, which is prioritized by the Service Desk Coordinator, who assigns it to a System Support Engineer. Tickets are addressed within the same day, and you’ll be notified every step of the way.

Checking on an existing request, or adding to a current ticket? Type the Ticket number (ex. T2019000.0000) in the “subject” of the email or form, along with your questions or concerns.

Have an emergency after-hours? 904.471.0022 is live 24/7. An additional fee is charged for after-hours services.
